  • Food habits : ants and other insects .
  • Reproduction : bottom spawner on substratum, 1.5 month incubation .
  • Size : 80 mm TL .

    • Aphyosemion gardneri lacustre Radda, 1974 d: 4, fig. 1B, 3. Type locality: "Wasserpfützen eines austrocknenden Abflusses des Lake Ejagham in Westkamerun", southwestern Cameroon. Holotype and paratypes NMW, registration numbers unknown; paratypes Naturhistorisches Museum, Bern n° 77/1974 (2).
