    • Aphyosemion pyrophore Huber & Radda, 1979: 175, fig. 1-2, 12, map. Type locality: "Dorf Gnimi-Quartier Mbaya, im Fluss Moupoutoulou, Provinz Lékoumou, Südkongo", southern Congo. Holotype MRAC n° 78-22-P-135; paratypes MRAC n° 78-22-P-136-144 (9) and NMW, registration numbers unknown.
    • Haplochilus lujae var. ogoensis Pellegrin, 1930 a: 201. Type locality: "Riv. Léconi (Ht-Ogôoué), La Passa (Ht-Ogôoué)", southeastern Gabon. Syntypes MNHN n° 1924-241 (24).
